Simple Sautéed Kohlrabi
2 kohlrabi bulbs grated
1tsp salt
¼ olive oil
1 onion diced
1 clove garlic minced
2 Tbls chopped herbs
1. Mix kohlrabi and salt in a colander and let stand to drain
2. Sauté onion and garlic in a medium skillet until translucent
3. Stir in kohlrabi, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes
4. Increase the heat to medium, uncover the skillet, and cook for 2 minutes
5. Remove from heat and stir in fresh herbs.
