Pasta with Greens and Feta

adapted from Still Life with Menu by Mollie Katzen

½ lb greens rinsed and chopped

1 package of any pasta

¼ to ½ lb crumbled feta cheese (depends how cheesy you like it)

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 onion chopped

Black pepper to taste

1. Cook pasta to al dente

2. Heat the oil in deep skillet

3. Sauté onion until just translucent

4. Add the greens and stir until tender

5. Add the crumbled feta and cooked pasta to the skillet and mix thoroughly

6. Add pepper to taste
