Creativity and Power Management: A Concise Program of Emotional Education
A New Paradigm: Creativity as a Unit Conflict Resolution Process
The Four Exhibits of the Museum of the Creative Process illustrate, demonstrate and vaildate the existence of the Conflict Resolution Process

1. The program combines the study of creativity (viewing the exhibits of the museum) with tapping creativity for self discovery and growth.

2. The training follows the dialectic conflict resolution process on a daily basis and in the course of the six day training.

3. Trainees study the process as a natural science phenomenon and identify it integrating meaningfully episodes in their lives.

4. The training leads to insights, skills, knowledge and attitude change, a personal transformation based on emotional and intellectual growth.

1. The Conflict Resolution Process is the unconscious as a natural science phenomenon and the Unit of moral order.

2. The process is introducing new diagnostic categories; four alternative ways of resolving conflict.

3. The process allows us to tap creativity for self discovery and growth and thus to identify how a person resolves conflict.

4. The process is an abstract moral paradigm clarifying moral values as the three principals of conflict resolution: Mastery, Cooperation, and Mutual Respect.

1. The Gorski Retrospective
A lifetime of canvases arranged as five series of conflict resolution.

2. The Sculptural Trail
Five cycles of cultural conflict resolution retracing the history of paradigms as gradually becoming conscious of the unconscious as an abstract conflict resolution process.

3. The 12 Metaphoria Murals present twelve stories with one message: the universality of the conflict resolution process as the plot of stories.

4. The Wizard of Oz Panels introduce the process as the integrative paradigm of the social science disciplines.
